Seller: Ringwald & Co AS (ARVIK), Ingierkollveien 72, 1410 Kolbotn, Norway, org. no. 936504833, post@arvik.store. These terms apply to all purchases from arvik.store.

Products: framed art prints, printed and framed on demand. Colours may vary slightly between screens and print.

Prices and payment: prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at checkout; the order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.

Delivery: see our Shipping policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns: see our Refund policy, which includes your 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU, EEA and UK.

Complaints: if an item is damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact post@arvik.store within 30 days of receiving it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Personal data: see our Privacy policy.

Governing law: Norwegian law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Disputes are handled by the courts of Norway unless mandatory law gives you the right to use the courts where you live. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
