Right of withdrawal and refunds

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK): You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days run from the day you receive the goods. To exercise the right, tell us clearly that you withdraw, for example by email to post@arvik.store, or by using the form below. 

Returns: Send the goods back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. Contact us at post@arvik.store first and we will give you the return address. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition you received them; you are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods.

Refund: We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them back. We refund using the same payment method you used for the order.

Damaged or defective goods: If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us at post@arvik.store within 30 days of receiving it, with a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected.
